The Situation
A group of investors from overseas was planning to set up a Food & Beverages venture in India. Clearway was referred to them as a recruitment consulting organization.

The CEO of the company was from Latin America and the brief was to put together the start up team including leadership in HR, Finance, Production and Sales within a period of 2 months.

The Solution
At Clearway we set up a team with a dedicated Account Coordinator to manage the process. We understood that the challenge was not only sourcing for a start-up from an unknown group, but also at a time when the economic environment was not conducive for risk taking. Sourcing for different functions was handled by different consultants. We understood that the key to success for the client was getting people with the right attitude and skills. Our interviewing and short listing process was multilayered and we were able to provide multiple options to the client for each role.

Significant counseling and handholding was required to ensure that the candidates who were offered joined.

The Result
We were successful in helping the client hire for critical roles, within the stipulated timelines. We have also been successful in building the company's brand in the employer market.
